How long it takes

Processing: 1–3 business days while your order is picked and packed.

Delivery: typically 10–16 business days within the United States after dispatch.

We want to be straight with you about why: Auri ships directly from our manufacturing partner rather than a domestic warehouse. That's what keeps the ring at $49.95 in a category where comparable products cost several hundred. The trade-off is that it takes longer to reach you than a same-week delivery. If you need something in three days, we're honestly not the right choice.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email straight after ordering, and a tracking number as soon as your ring leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start showing scans — that's normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. If you're outside the US, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.

Customs and duties

US orders don't incur customs charges. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your parcel is marked delivered but isn't there, email us. We'll chase the carrier and, if it's genuinely lost, send a replacement or refund you. You don't have to fight the courier yourself.
